摘    要:通过氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定样品中砷、汞的含量,对各种实验参数进行了研究,确定了同时测定砷、汞两种元素的最佳条件。As(Ⅲ),Hg(Ⅱ)的线性范围分别为0~10μg/L和0-5μg/L,检出限分别为0.0028μg/L和0.0013μg/L,相对标准偏差分别为1.1%和1.8%(n=11)。利用本方法对长江马鞍山段水样进行了测定,结果表明所取样水域未发生明显的砷、汞元素污染情况。

Abstract:A simple method for the determination of As and Hg by AFS coupled with hydride generation was developed. As and Hg, were reduced to AsH3 and vapor Hg by NaBH4, and then it was transported to detector by carrying gas. The best determination conditions for determination of As and Hg were chosen based on experimental results. The detection limits of 0.0028 μg/L As (Ⅲ) and 0.0013 μg/L Hg (II) in aqueous solutions were obtained, respectively. The RSD (n=ll) for 1 μg/L As (III) and 0.5 μg/L Hg (Ⅱ) were 1.1% and 1.8%, respectively. The method was successfully applied to the determination of As and Hg in the Yangtze River water samples. The result indicated that the Yangtze River (Ma An Shah) was not obviously polluted by As and Hg.
