大鹏所城典型民居改造

大鹏所城是深圳的全国重点文物保护单位,民居作为大鹏所城的基本组成单位,它的成长发展是构建所城保护开发体系的基点。文章选取6栋典型民居,按照规划功能将其置于现时现地进行分析,找到既适合本土特征又适应现代生活需求的功能设置,营建出吸引人群、富于活力的场所与空间;进而提出典型民居从内容到外壳的有效整改,探索适合当代社会经济可持续发展的合理利用模式,为大鹏所城保护方案的实施提供可操作的支撑,同时也希望能为其它类似古城民居的改造更新提供一点参考。

Remodeling of the Typical Folk Dwellings in Dapeng Fortress

Dapeng fortress in Shenzhen is a nation-wide key cultural relics conservation unit. The folk house there is basic component of fortress. Its growth and development will be a basic point in the formation of the system of for-tress conservation and development. For this reason, the plan-ners select six typical folk houses from planning to analyze the actual states there and then, and the determination of the houses' function in planning. They intend to make the place ands space of typical houses attractive and full of vigor, and adaptable to modern living requirements as well as to local identities. Starting from the effective remodeling program of typical houses from the interior to the exterior, the plan-ners intend to realize the pattern of rational utilization of folk houses, which are adapted to contemporary social eco-nomic sustainable development, thus producing workable support for implementation of whole conservation program of the Dapeng fortress, and providing helpful experience for reference of similar remodeling and renewal for folk houses in other ancient cities.
