镍-醇酯体系聚丁二烯分子量的控制

摘    要:研究了Ni(naph)2-Al(i—Bu)3—BF3·OEt2+n—C8H17OH(简称Ni—Al—B十ROH)和Ni(naph)2-Al(i—Bu)3-BF3·OE12十CH3COOC4H9(简称Ni-Al—B+BA)两体系在加氢汽油中引发丁二烯聚合的分子量控制方法,并与Ni-Al—B体系进行了比较。结果表明:在催化剂用量相同时,Ni—Al—B+ROH和Ni-Al—B+BA两体系所得聚合物的分子量均比Ni—Al—B体系的高;Ni/Bd、Al/Ni比的变化对聚合物的分子量及其分布影响不显著,Al/B比才是影响聚合物分子量的关键因素;聚合温度升高,分子量降低,而分子量分布变化不大。

Abstract:Molecular weight controlling methods of polybutadiene catalysed with Ni (naph)2 -Al (i-Bu)3 -BF3. OE2 +n-C8H17OH (shortened aS Ni-Al-B+ROH)and Ni (naph)2 -Al(i-Bu)3 -BF3. OE2 + CH 3 COOC4 H 9 (Ni-Al-B+BA) systems in hyd rogenated gasol me were in vestigated. Both of the two syatems were comaaed with the usual Ni-Al-B system. The molecular weights of the Products with Ni-Al-B+ROH and Ni-Al-B+BA Systems were greater than that of with Ni-Al-B System. Al/B molar ratio was a key parameter that affected the molecular weight and its distribution of products,but the effects of Ni/Bd and A]/Ni molar ratios were not significant. Molecular weight decreaSed with the incrare of polymerising temperature,but its distribution did not change considerably.
