摘    要:为提高压磁式扭矩传感器的测试精度和灵敏度,设计了一种三磁极差动式压磁扭矩传感器。论述了这种传感器的工作原理并导出了其感应电压输出方程和电流灵敏度计算式。通过试验,分析了传感器励磁电流强度、频率以及测试磁隙等对其输出特性的影响,也证明了这种传感器比传统交叉铁心压磁式扭矩传感器有更高的测试精度和灵敏度。

Abstract:To improve the measuring precision and sensitivity of torque sensor based on magnetoelastic effect a kind of differential torque sensor with three magnetic poles by magnetostriction effect is designed and its operation principle,the equation of induced voltage output and testing sensitivity are also derived out.The output characteristics of the sensor affected by field current intensity,frequency,and the gap between the probe the sensor and the surface of the material tested are analyzed by a testing.The results of the test have showed that the torque sensor has superior measuring precision and sensitivity comparing with the torque sensor with cross magnetic pole by magnetostriction effect.
