大容量SVC在750 kV电网中的应用

摘    要:针对目前新疆-西北主网750kV输电通道存在的电压失稳的风险以及输电容量较低的现状,提出在新疆-西北主网750kV输电第二通道中的沙卅1750kV变电站装设大容量SVC来提升新疆火电基地、甘肃风电基地向外的输电能力,并有效抑制甘肃风电基地大规模接入系统引起的电压波动。对SVC的配置方案进行了详细的比较,提出了适合工程实施且投资较省的方案,并通过系统仿真,对SVC抑制系统电压波动的性能进行了验证。结果表明,提出的SVC配置方案可行,沙州750kV变电站SVC的投人将有效地减弱甘肃酒泉风电基地对西北主网的冲击,且具有较强的抑制电压波能的能力,能明显提升新疆电网外送输电通道的输送容量,可应用于工程实践。

Abstract:To deal with the risk of voltage instability and low transmission capacity existing in the present Xijiang Grid- Northwest Main Grid transmission channel, this paper argues that the large-sized SVC should be installed in the 750 kV Shazhou Substation of the second channel of Xijiang Grid- Northwest Main Grid transmission channel to enlarge the outgoing transmission capacity of the Xinjiang thermal power base and Gansu wind power base and effectively restrain the voltage fluctuation. After a detailed comparison of SVC configuration schemes, the paper selects the one which suits the project and costs less. In addition, the capability of the SVC to restrain the voltage fluctuation is validated through simulations. The results indicate that the scheme selected in the paper is feasible, and application of the SVC in Shazhou Substation can reduce the impact of Jiuquan wind power to Northwest China Grid, and can restrain the voltage fluctuation effectively, and enlarge the outgoing transmission capacity of Xinjiang grid.
