近年来,我国风电产业发展突飞猛进,风机产量和风场装机总容量连年全球第一。然而,伴随着风场风机重大质量事故频发、大规模脱网事故频发、以及风电上网难、"弃风"严重等问题的出现,风电制造企业亏损裁员,风电产业发展前途成为问题。从能源持续发展、环保和碳减排、均衡区域发展、履行国际义务等角度,分析了风电的比较优势,阐明了风电产业长远发展的战略意义。

Strategic Analysis of Wind Power Industry Development in China

Recently, China＇s wind power industry has been developing rapidly, and both of the annual new installed capacity and cumulative installed capacity rank lth in the world. However, the appearance of problems such as significant quality accidents of wind turbines, massive wind turbines taking off the grid, the serious waste of wind energy in wind farms, leads wind power manufacturing enterprises into layoff troubles. Therefore, the future development of wind power industry is affected. The present paper analyses the comparative advantages of wind energy and the strategic significance of long-term development of wind power from the angles of energy sustainable development, environment protection and carbon emission reduction, balancing regional development, fulfilling international obligations.
