摘    要:2011年以来,国内发生了多次风电机组大规模脱网事故。大多数的事故与风电场35kV系统运行技术及运行方式、设备选型有关联。研究风电场35kV系统接线结构、风电场实际运行情况、技术手段限制等因素,参考目前较为成熟的先进技术,从系统设计、设备选型、运行方式等方面提出了优化方案,大幅度提高了风电场35kV系统运行的可靠性。

Abstract:Since 2011, a number of large-scale wind turbine off-grid accidents have occurred in China, and most of these accidents could be attributed to the operation technique and operation mode and selection of the equipment of 35 kV system of the wind farm. Having studied factors such as the wiring structure of the 35 kV system, the actual operation of the wind farm, and the limit of technical means, with reference to the current more mature state-of-the-art technology, this paper proposes an optimized proposal in the system design, equipment selection, operation mode in a purpose to improve the operation reliability of the wind farm 35 kV system.
