基于模糊神经网络控制的电液系统研究

摘    要:针对大功率电液伺服系统存在严重非线性和时变性,将神经网络与模糊控制理论相结合,根据系统的误差及误差变化对神经网络的学习速率和动量因子进行模糊修正,有效地改善了神经网络的学习速率.实验表明,所设计的神经网络控制器能够保证大功率电液伺服系统的静、动态性能.

Abstract:The neural network controller of a high-power electro-hydraulic system with strong nonlinearity and time-variation was studied. A fuzzy system was designed to adjust the learning rate and momentum of the neural network controller according to error and rate change of error, and the learning performance of the neural network controller was improved. The designed neural network con- troller was applied to a high-power electro-hydraulic servo system, and results of static and dynamic performance showed its validity.
