红山水库平面钢闸门安全评估分析

摘    要:按构件锈蚀后实测尺寸并结合闸门设计图纸,在Solidworks环境下建立了平面闸门三维实体模型。应用ANSYS软件,对红山水库闸门在水压力作用下的应力和变形进行了分析研究,并与传统方法计算结果进行对比,据此对闸门的安全性进行了评估,根据闸门的有限元方法计算结果,确定了平面闸门的危险部位,从而为该闸门的设计和加固提供了依据。

Abstract:Based on the measured dimension and the original design drawings,a 3-D solid model for the plain steel gate of Hongshan Reservoir is developed under the environment of Solidworks and the stress and deformation of the pain steel gate under the water pressure concerned are analyzed with the software of ANSYS,and then a comparison is made with the traditional calculated result.On the basis of this,the safety assessment is carried out for the gate and the weak locations on the gate are determined in accordance with the calculated result from FEM;from which a consolidated basis is made for both the design and the strengthening of gate.
