摘    要:介绍了耳机支架模具的设计过程,采用点浇口形式,提高了产品的表面质量,采用斜滑块内、外侧抽芯及斜顶块结构,不但使模具布局合理,而且解决了出模难的问题。

Abstract:The design process of the injection mould for the headphone bracket was introduced. The surface quality of the product was raised with the adoption of pinpoint gate. By the use of slanted slider to do inner and outer side core pulling and the application of inclined ejecting block structure, the layout of the mould was more reasonable and the problem of difficult demoulding was resolved.
