| 摘 要： | 机械压力机在工作过程中,连续打击力产生的动载荷使得压力机产生很大的变形,进而导致加工精度降低、压力机使用寿命缩短。所以,在结构设计的时候,要考虑连续打击的情况下压力机的受力与变形情况。本文利用数值模拟模型,在计算机中仿真了压力机的实际工作状态,根据计算结果,分析改进了压力机的机身结构。
