强磁场下永磁机构的优化设计及磁力分析

摘    要:以魔环安装完毕有效区内产生最大平均磁密为优化目标,在对强磁场下永磁材料磁特性精确模拟的基础上,将遗传算法与有限元分析及Preisach磁滞模型三者结合起来,对魔环内部软磁材料的结构进行了优化设计.将优化结果用传统简化方法(电流片等效法)进行验证,以证明其正确性,并用Ansoft Maxwell软件设计出合理的魔环纵向长度及魔环安装的初始位置,分析了魔环安装各步所受的静磁力情况,为魔环的安装提供了必要的参数.

Abstract:To obtain the highest average magnetic strength in the effective region of a fixed magic ring, a genetic algorithm was combined with finite element analysis and Preisach hysteresis model based on the actual property simulation of permanent magnet material. The structure of soft magnetic materials inside magic ring was optimized. The optimizing results are verified to be reasonable through an experiment of the simplified traditional method of current sheet model. Some necessary parameters including the longitudinal length and initial fixing position of magic ring as well as the static magnetic force of magnetic elements at each fixing step are gained rationally by Ansoft Maxwell software, and are usable for fixing magic ring.
