加氢异构化基础油研制二冲程汽油机油

摘    要:在对加氢异构化油理化性质和对抗氧剂感受性能研究的基础上,并作为基础油研制了EGD风冷二冲程汽油机油和TC-W3水冷二冲程汽油机油。结果表明,加氢异构化基础油对抗氧剂的感受性较好,采用加氢异构化基础油研制的EGD风冷二冲程汽油机油和TC-W3水冷二冲程汽油机油能够满足国际标准化组织的ISO-LEGD风冷二冲程汽油机油和美国船舶制造商协会NMMA规定的TC-W3水冷二冲程汽油机油质量指标要求。

Abstract:Preparation of EGD air-cooling two-stroke-cycle gasoline engine oil and TC-W3 water-cooling two-stroke-cycle gasoline engine oil was studied by using hydroisomerizing base oil. The influences of additives, such as antioxidant, dispersant, anti-wear agent and antirust agent, on the performance of gasoline engine oil prepared by hydroisomerizing base oil were investigated in order to obtain the optimum additive package. It was found that the hydroisomerizing base oils possessed good sensitivity to antioxidant. The performance evaluation results showed that the two gasoline engine oils prepared by hydroisomerizing base oils met the specifications of ISO-L-EGD air-cooling two-stroke-cycle gasoline engine oil and American NMMA TC-W3 water-cooling gasoline engine oil,respectively.
