摘    要:为进一步改善某大型数控龙门式平面磨床的动态性能,对该平面磨床整机进行了有限元建模和复特征值分析,重点分析了该机床的前十阶固有频率、模态阻尼比以及振型,通过对各阶振型的分析,找出了机床动态特性薄弱部件——立柱。针对性地设计了2种浇注树脂混凝土结构的立柱,并再次对新设计的浇注树脂混凝土结构立柱的整机进行了有限元建模和复特征值分析,从计算出的结果看。动态特性效果改善明显。所做工作对机床结构的设计有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:In order to improve the dynamic characteristics of one kind of large-scale CNC gantry surface grinding machine, the finite element modeling and complex eigenvalue analysis are carried on the whole plane grinding machine. This paper focuses on the analysis of machine's top ten natural frequencies, modal vibration damping ratio and shapes. Then the column as the weak part of the grinding machine through the analysis of various level vibration shapes. Two kinds of column are targeted designed which are filled with resin concrete in this paper. Based on the two kinds of column the finite element modeling and complex eigenvalue analysis are carried on the new whole plane grinding machine again. According to the calculation results, it significantly improves the dynamic characteristics effect, and has some significance on the design of the machine structure.
