水平轴风力机叶片的实体建模研究

摘    要:风轮叶片是将风能转化为机械能的核心部件,其叶片翼型属于复杂的三维空间翼型。通过点坐标的几何变换理论,利用通用的数据处理软件EXCEL求解叶片各截面在空间实际位置的三维坐标,并基于UG的三维造型功能,以750 kW水平轴风力机叶片为例,对叶片进行实体建模研究,为后续叶片的性能分析奠定了很好的基础。

Abstract:The wind wheel blade is the key component of changing wind energy into mechanical energy and the blade profile is of a complicated 3-dimensional space.This paper has resolved the 3-dimensional coordinates of various cross sections of the blade at the actual spacial positions by using the theory of point coordinates geometric transformation and data processing software EXCEL,and conducted physical modeling study of the blade based on the UG 3-dimensuinal profiling function by taking the 750kW horizontal shaf...
