功能梯度材料的断裂与屈曲驱动断裂的简化分析

摘    要:作为一类先进的复合材料,功能梯度材料(FGM)能综合利用多种材料的物理性能,同时材料性质的连续变化也使其具有许多优越的力学性能。本文对功能梯度材料中平行于界面的裂纹的断裂参数进行了计算,并分析了梯度变化的薄膜在压应力作用下的屈曲驱动扩展。研究结果表明:功能梯度材料能有效地减小界面中的应力集中及它对材料中缺陷的作用,从而不同程度地提高了材料的强度和韧性。

Abstract:As a new kind of advanced composites, functionally graded material combines various properties of its constituents. At the same time, the continuous variation of properties yields some excellent mechanical advantages. In this paper, based on a beam model, the thermal stresses and the fracture parameters of crack parallel to the interface between a FGM/substrate material and a mutil-layer material are analyzed. The buckling-driven delamination of functionally graded film is investigated too. It is shown that the FGM can effectively alleviate the stress concentration in the interface and its effects on micro defects, and improve materials strength and toughness inccodinately.
