| 摘 要： | 介绍了大型风机叶轮的焊接工艺,分析了低合金高强钢WELDOX700与WELDOX900焊接的工艺特点,针对WELDOX700与WELDOX900的焊接接头进行了焊接工艺评定试验,并对接头的微观组织形貌进行了分析,将焊接工艺参数应用于产品的组焊中,满足产品设计要求.

| Abstract: | The paper introduced the welding technology of large fan impeller and analyzed the characteristics of welding of low alloy high strength steel WELDOX700 and WELDOX900. The welding procedure qualification test of the welded joint was carried out and the microstructure of the joint was analyzed. The welding process parameters were used in the welding of the productions, which met the design requirement of the productions. |
