| 摘 要： | 分析了三通直管接头塑件的结构特点与成型工艺,介绍了三通直管接头注射模结构、设计要点及模具工作过程,重点说明了侧向抽芯机构的结构特点,导滑机构和整体式型芯机构的设计使模具结构紧凑、制造方便。

| Abstract: | The structure characteristic and forming process of a plastic threeway straight pipe joint were analyzed.An injection mould for the joint was developed.The mould its structure,design points and operating process,in particular, the structure features of side core-pulling mechanism,the design of guide mechanism and integral core mechanism were presented. |
