摘    要:讨论了光电子技术在宽带宽角扫描相控阵雷达中的应用和优点,介绍了光控相控阵天线的工作原理和发展状况,详述了不同光实时延时线(OTTD)的主要实现方法和技术特点,着重分析了一种可实用的基于光纤和光开关切换的OTTD的设计方法,并讨论了OTTD的性能指标对天线系统性能的影响,最后给出了在子阵OTTD和阵元移相器联合波控方法下的近场实验测试结果,验证了OTTD对相控阵天线宽带宽角扫描性能的改善.

Abstract:This paper presents the applications and the advantages of the optical electronic techniques in wideband and wide-angle phased array radar. The working principle and technical development of optically controlled phased array antennas (OCPAA) are introduced. The main implementation methods and the technical features of different types of OTTD (Optical True Time Delay) are presented in detail. This paper puts emphasis on a type of OTTD based on optical fibers and optical switches can be used in phased array antennas. The performances affect the antennas system are discussed. At last, the near-field experiment results under the joint beam steering control of OTTDs in sub-arrays and phase shifters in antenna elements show a great improvement in the broadband and wide-angle scanning performance of phased array antennas.
