摘    要:介绍了一种一模2腔四面抽芯的汽车电喷插座护套注射模结构,分析了纵向和横向拼块机构的运动过程,设计了一交叉式纵横同时运动的斜滑槽。采用此模具结构实现了连续注射生产,提高了生产效率。

Abstract:A two-cavity injection mould with four sides' core-pulling mechanism for an automotive electric protective jacket was developed. The course of movement of lengthwise and lateral split mechanism was analyzed. A cross angle sliding chute that can move longitudinally and laterally was designed and with that mould structure,continuous injection molding can be implemented and production efficiency be enhanced.
