摘    要:采用聚氨酯海绵浸渗法制备了具有高孔隙率(85%~95%)、通孔结构的泡沫铜.根据聚氨酯海绵浸渗法的工艺特点讨论了泡沫铜的烧结制度,分析检测了泡沫铜成分,并对一次浸渗和二次浸渗两种工艺流程制备得到的泡沫铜的孔隙形貌和压缩性能进行了对比.结果表明,通过二次浸渗工艺可以改变泡沫铜孔壁微观组织结构,并在孔隙率下降不大的情况下使泡沫铜的压缩应力平台从0.5 MPa提高到1 MPa,这对改善材料的能量吸收性能具有重要意义.
