随机定位液压伺服滑台性能分析

摘    要:随机定位液压伺台直接以工件为定位基准,可简化加工尺寸链和机床结构,提高加工精度,满足某些特殊加工的需求.文章针对滑台非对称液压缸伺服系统的特点,提出了双向平均效应概念,简化了系统数学模型,仿真结果与实际工况基本吻合.

Abstract:The slider takes directly the workpiece as the positioning reference in order to simplify the machining dimensions link and the structure of machine tools, improve the machining precision, so it can be used to meet some particular machining demands, In view of features of asymmetric hydraulic cyhnder system, put forward the idea of mean twice-direction effect, with which the systematic mathematical model can be simplified, the imitation result is coincide with the actual condition basically.
