| 摘 要： | 构建企业质量文化,重点在于提高全员质量意识,形成统一的质量价值观念,必须结合本单位的实际,把质量文化建设同企业的经营活动紧密结合起来,强化质量管理理念的宣传和培训,加强对质量管理工作的领导,丰富全员质量管理活动。

| Abstract: | Developing enterprise quality culture should focus on enhancing quality awareness of the whole employees and ensuring unity of quality values and requires combining quality cultural development with enterprise operation in accordance with reality of the enterprise. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen the publicity and training related to quality management, to intensify leadership in the work and to make the management diversified. |
