摘    要:结合工厂实际生产,从钼条密度、杂质成分、加工工艺等方面,系统分析了粗钼丝空心断裂的影响因素,确定其主要成因,即旋锻工艺的外部因素和杂质成分的内在因素,并探讨解决方法和控制要点,对指导钼丝生产有重要意义。

Abstract:According to the actual processing situation, the factors causing hollow break in thick molybdenum wires are overall analyzed in the respect of molybdenum density, impurity composition, processing and etc. The main contributing factors are forging technology as external factor and impurity composition as internal factor. The countermeasures and controlling essentials are provided, which has great significance to guide molybdenum wire processinn.
