毕业生入职培训现状分析及对策建议

摘    要:新引进毕业生具有陌生感、紧张感、高期望值、追求公平竞争等群体特征,但毕业生入职培训却没有联系这些特点,存在着培训时间短、目标不明确、内容和方法单一、培训效果不明显等主要问题。因此,在毕业生入职培训工作中,要加强过程管理,丰富课程内容和培训方式,完善培训效果评估体系,做好入职培训的延伸工作。

Abstract:New recruited graduates often have feelings of strangeness and tension with great expectation and pursue fair competition. The induction training, however, doesn't aim at these features, which has caused problems including a short training period, an ambiguous goal, a simple content and method and a weak training result. Therefore, it requires strengthening process management, enriching training content and mode, improving the system of training effect evaluation and roiling out the training.
