钼中钇的三溴偶氮胂光度法分析

摘    要:稀土金属又称稀土元素,是元素周期表ⅢB族中钪、钇、镧系17种元素的总称,常用R或RE表示,稀土元素的光度分析离不开显色剂,三溴偶氮肿是测定稀土元素的高灵敏度的显色剂,能与其他多种金属发生显色反应,以三溴偶氮胂为显色剂,测定方法灵敏度高,选择性好,操作简便。在溶液pH=1.0—2.5条件下,三溴偶氮胂与钇反应生成稳定的蓝色络合物,最大吸收波长为:λmax=630nm,三氧化二钇含量在1~20μg,/25mL范围内,符合比尔定律。合适条件下,基体钼对测试没有影响,加入抗坏血酸可消除共存金属离子干扰,用1cm比色皿,以试剂空白为参比进行测定。用此分析方法测定钼中氧化钇的含量,分析流程简单,速度快,分析结果令人满意。

Abstract:In the solution with pH = 1.0 -2.5, stable blue complex was generted by three bromine azo arsine and yttrium reaction, with maximum absorption wavelength 630 nm. The content of yttrium trioxide was 1 - 20 μg / 25 mL range, which conformed to the Beer' s law. In appropriate conditions, the test did not affect the matrix molybdenum, adding ascorbic acid can eliminate coexisting metal ion interference. Molybdenum yttrium oxide content was determined by this method, which is simple, fast, with satisfactory results.
