| Abstract: | Labor Union, strong vindicator of employees＂ interests, bears major responsibility Ior protecting employees＂ safety and health in their work. Considering that No. 1 Drilling Company is a company with high risk, the Labor Union, by building a series of solid safety defense--line in terms of safety thought, safety skill, safety supervision and safety life, constantly improves safety quality of employees and safety management at basic level. This promotes stable growth of the company in a harmonious way. |
