摘    要:针对薄壁塑料件生产批量大、外观要求高的特点,提出了采用热流道、推板加吹气联合脱模的模具结构。分析了塑料件的成型工艺,计算了热流道板的加热功率,并对模具总体结构进行了设计。生产实践表明,采用这种模具结构明显地缩短了成型周期,节省了塑料原料,保证了产品质量。

Abstract:Aiming to the thin wall,large quantities of plastic parts,high outward appearance,the hot-runner mould structure with combined push-board and blow take off parts was proposed.First,the forming processing was analysed.Then,the heat power was counted and the overall mould structure was designed.The results showed that the mould structure could reduce forming cycle,save plastics material and guarantee the quatity of the part.
