摘    要:
针对五件式港口机械钢圈轮辋体及座圈对接接头焊接质量的高要求,研究制定了一整套较成熟的焊接工艺,通过改进焊接坡口,调整焊接参数及焊接材料等工艺措施;并通过职工培训,提高焊工的操作技能,使焊接质量完全满足要求,现已推广应用于所有无内胎工程类钢圈.

Abstract:
A set of comparatively mature weld technology is researched and established for welding of wheel felloe and seat ring of five-piece-port machine wheel. The quality of weld can meet the requests by improving weld slope, adjusting weld parameter and weld material, and advancing operation skill of welder by training employee. The technology is being applied to all engineering wheels without inner tube.
