摘    要:为了筛选含油量高、抗逆性强、生长范围广的野生能源植物,采用索氏提取法及GC-MS法测定了4种采自阿坝的野生十字花科植物的种子粗脂肪含量及脂肪酸成分.含油量分别为:葶苈34.21%、遏蓝菜34.70%、独行菜42.23%、播娘蒿为47.44%.脂肪酸成分主要为:亚麻酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、油酸、芥酸、山嵛酸等.供试植物种子粗脂肪含量较高,所含主要脂肪酸甲酯化以后是生物柴油的主要组成成分,具有较高的生物柴油利用价值.

Abstract:In order to select wild energy plants with high oil content,high stress resistance and wide growth range,we determined the fatty oil content and the fatty acid composition of four wild Cruciferae plants in Aba.The results showed that:the fatty oil contents of Draba nemorosa,Thlaspi arvense,Lepidium apetalum and Descurainia sophia were 34.21%,34.70%,42.23% and 47.44%,respectively;and the fatty acids were mainly linolenic acid,linoleic acid,palmitic acid,oleic acid,erucic acid,Shan Yu acid,and so on.The teste...
