聚烯烃包装材料抗静电剂的研究进展

摘    要:北京市化学工业研究院自行研制了ASA、ASB、ASH、ASP系列抗静电剂,本文对其在聚丙烯和聚乙烯制品中的应用进行了研究,并比较了他们抗静电性的差异和各自的应用特性。通过实验及实践证明,该系列抗静电剂在聚烯烃类包装材料中抗静电效果显著,且对环境湿度敏感性小,对薄膜的表面质量无不良影响。同时,经国家卫生部门检测证明,该系列产品无毒、无味、无刺激,安全卫生性高。

Abstract:Beijing Chemical Industry Research Institute developed ASA, ASB, ASH, ASP series antistatic agents. This article studies the application of the antistatic agents in PP and PE products and compares their difference in antistatic ability and application characteristics. Tests and practice demonstrate the series antistatic agents have obvious antistatic effect in polyolefin packaging materials, are less sensitive to environmental humidity and have no bad effects on the appearance quality of film. In addition, the inspecting of the national health department has proved that the series products are non-toxic, odourless, non-irritant and safe and hygienic.
