摘    要:为了实现多台电机速度的同时测量,提出了一种基于法布里-珀罗干涉的双转速测量方法。实验采用全光纤双通道结构,同时测量两台电机的转速。在使用自相关算法分析两个独立的散斑信号之后,获得电机的相应旋转速度。实验结果表明,在随机范围内可以实现两个单独的转速测量,相对误差小于023。这证明了新型全光纤配置测速仪的高精度和简单操作,并且该结构还实现了双电机转速的同时测量。

Abstract:In this paper,a double rotating velocity measurement method based on the Fabry Perot(F P) interference is proposed. The all fiber dual channel structure is used in the experiment to measure the rotating velocity of two motors simultaneously. After analyzing two independent speckle signals using an autocorrelation algorithm,the corresponding rotating velocity of the movement motor is obtained. The experimental results reveal that two individual rotating velocity measurements can be achieved in a random range with a relative error under 0.23%. It demonstrates the high accuracy and simple operation of the novel all fiber configuration velocimeter,and the structure also realizes the simultaneous measurement of double motor rotating velocity.
