非制冷红外热像仪稳定性验证方法研究

摘    要:非制冷红外热像仪随着环境温度、电源波动以及吸收红外辐射的增加,将会产生严重的温度漂移现象,这将影响到红外探测器的响应特性,从而导致输出信号受一定的影响。本文针对应用在测温检测方面的非制冷红外热像仪开展研究,提出了一种红外热像仪稳定性验证试验方法,并通过此方法对国内外多款非制冷红外热像仪进行了稳定性测试,绘制其输出信号随时间变化的曲线。根据稳定性情况确定针对热像仪温度漂移的温度补偿算法,提升应用产品的测温精度。

Abstract:Uncooled infrared thermal imager will suffer severe temperature drift with the increase of temperature,power fluctuations,and absorption of infrared radiation,which will affect the response characteristics of the infrared detector,resulting in a certain impact on the output signal.In this paper,the uncooled infrared thermal imager used in temperature detection was studied,and a stability verification test method of the infrared thermal imager was proposed.Through this method,the stability test of several uncooled infrared thermal imager at home and abroad was conducted,and the curve of its output signal changing with time was drawn.The temperature compensation algorithm for the temperature drift of the thermal imager is determined on the basis of the stability situation,the temperature measurement accuracy of the applied product is improved accordingly.
