摘    要:辐射测温作为研究红外诱饵等火工品燃烧特性的重要手段,常常由于探测器材料限制,测温范围较窄,不能满足高燃温火工品温度测量的需求。针对某型红外热相仪测温范围较窄的问题,本文首先对辐射测温系统定标理论进行了分析,确立了宽动态范围探测器像元灰度响应与目标辐射亮度的关系;其次通过前置透过率为0.119%的中性密度衰减片,将系统在250μs积分时间下的最高可探测温度由140℃提高到1796.33℃,同时使得系统在500μs积分时间下的最高可探测温度达到1233.81℃,并且在250μs,500μs,800μs,1000μs,1500μs五个档位的积分时间下对450℃以上的高温测量误差小于0.5%,具有良好的测量精度。

Abstract:Radiation temperature measurement,as an important means to study the combustion characteristics of pyrotechnics such as infrared decoys,is often limited by the detector material and the temperature measurement range is narrow,which cannot meet the demand of temperature measurement of pyrotechnics with high combustion temperature.In order to solve the problem that the temperature measurement range of an infrared thermal phase detector is narrow.Firstly,the calibration theory of the radiation temperature measurement system is analyzed in this paper and the relationship between the gray scale response of a wide dynamic range detector pixel and the target radiance is established.Secondly,the maximum detectable temperature of the system at 250 μs integration time is increased from 140 ℃ to 1796.33 ℃ through the neutral density attenuation sheet with a preposition transmittance of 0.119 % set,while the maximum detectable temperature of the system at 500 μs integration time reaches 1233.81 ℃,and the high temperature measurement error above 450 ℃ within the integration time of 250 μs,500 μs,800 μs,1000 μs and 1500 μs is less than 0.5 %,achieving a good measurement accuracy.
