忻州窑矿卸压钻孔技术参数研究

摘    要:本文针对忻州窑矿强矿压发生现状,采用了钻孔卸压的解危技术措施。通过分布式光纤监测技术对钻孔卸压措施的有效性与钻孔时间、空间的定量关系进行了分析研究,从而对卸压钻孔的技术参数进行了优化。监测结果表明:选择直径为108 mm,孔间距为0.75 m,长度为8 m的卸压钻孔,超前打钻时间超过18天时,钻孔周边应力降幅与卸压范围最大,为井田防治强矿压提供依据。

Abstract:In view of the current situation of strong mine pressure in Xinzhouyao mine,this paper adopts the technical measures of borehole pressure relief.Through the distributed optical fiber monitoring technology,the effectiveness of pressure relief measures and the quantitative relationship between drilling time and drilling space are studied,so as to optimize the technical parameters of pressure relief drilling.The monitoring results show that:when the pressure relief borehole with diameter of 108 mm,hole spacing of 0.75 m and length of 8 m is selected,and the advance drilling time is more than 18 days,the range of stress reduction and pressure relief around the borehole is the largest,which provides the basis for the prevention and control of strong mine pressure in the mine field.
