摘    要:采用环形腔结构,实现了1063 nm双包层掺镱光纤激光器的连续和调Q运转.光纤激光器连续输出结果表明,在输出透过率和泵浦功率固定时,存在最佳输出光纤长度.在3m最佳光纤长度时,得到平均输出功率270 mW,中心波长1063 nm、斜率效率为21.5%的连续激光输出.采用自制的二硫化钼(MoS2)作为可饱和吸收体(SA)...

Abstract:With ring cavity configuration,it was realized for the continuous and Q-switched function of 1063 nm double-clab Yb3+-doped fiber laser.The experimental results of continuous laser showed that the gain fiber has an optimal output fiber length with the pump power and transmissivity are fixed and laser power output biggest.With optimum output fiber length of 3 m the output power of 1063 nm laser was 270 mW and the corresponding slope efficiency was 21.5 %.The stable passive Q-switching function of the fiber laser was realized by using MoS2 as a saturable absorber.When the pump power changed in the range of 185~560 mW,a stable Q-switched pulse output was obtained.The maximum average output power of 2.18 mW and corresponding pulse width of 45 ns was obtained,repetition rate of 61.7 kHz,single pulse energy of 38 nJ were obtained respectively.Furthermore,pulse width,average output power and repetition rate presented approximate linear relationship with incident pump power.An unstable passive mode-locked sequence was also found in the experiment and reasonable theoretical explanations were given.
