摘    要:波纹管是波纹管自调式J-T制冷器自调机构的核心元件,其焊接后性能直接决定着自调机构的性能及可靠性。本文从刚度、硬度、微观组织形貌等多个方面,对自调式J-T制冷器中常用的电沉积波纹管,由于高温焊接过程中不同的热量输入、不同的冷却方式对波纹管焊接后性能造成的影响,开展了相关的研究。

Abstract:Bellows is the core element of the self-regulating J-T cooler with bellows.The welding quality directly determines the performance and the reliability of the self-regulating structure.In this paper,the effects of the high temperature welding process with different heat input and different cooling methods on the performance of electrodeposition bellows commonly used in the J-T coolers are studied from the aspects of stiffness,hardness,and microstructure and so on.
