石窟煤矿巷道支护技术的数值模拟研究与应用

摘    要:本文结合石窟煤矿的地质条件应用FLAC3D数值模拟方法,通过对比两种复合支护方法与无支护条件下巷道围岩位移变形情况,得出喷浆法支护巷道塑性区为1.5 m~2.0 m比注浆法形成的0.5 m~1.0 m的塑性区有明显增大,引起顶底板移近量喷浆法约为注浆法的2倍,实际监测验证注浆法比喷浆法支护效果更佳.

Abstract:In this paper,combined with the geological conditions of the Shiku coal mine,the FLAC3D numerical simulation method is used to compare the displacement and deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway under the condition of two composite support methods and no support.The results show that the plastic zone of shotcreting method is 1.5 m~2.0 m,which is significantly larger than that of grouting method in the range of 0.5 m~1.0 m,causing the roof and floor to move closer.The shotcreting method is about twice as much as the grouting method.The actual monitoring shows that the grouting method is better than the shotcreting method.
