Abstract:The fusion of flavor enables the continuous innovation and development of Chinese liquor. The sesame, fragrance, and combination flavors are all typical examples of flavor integration. Learning combined with innovation and an essence fusion are the important technique mea sures of the product structure adjustment and the new products deyelopment.
