钢水出炉后的温降探讨

摘    要:对第二炼钢厂复吹转炉的钢水出炉后温降进行了分析研究,温降主要与出钢加入的合金种类,数量,钢水氧化性,出钢时间,出罐罐况,钢水出完至到站的过程时间长短等因素有关。实际应用情况表明,实际出钢温降与分析计算值基本吻合,结论对实际操作具有指导意义。

Abstract:This paper analyzes and summarizes the tap temperature d ro p in the multiple blow furnace of No.2 Steelmaking plant. It deems from analysis that the tap temperature drop mainly depends on the following factors:alloys v arieties and amount when tapping,liquid steel oxidability, tap time, ladle situa tion and process time from tap to refine station.Actual applied result shows tha t actual tap temperature drop coincides with analysis calculated value. Analysed conclusions have great guidance significance to actual operation.
