钢水出炉后的温降探讨

对第二炼钢厂复吹转炉的钢水出炉后温降进行了分析研究，温降主要与出钢加入的合金种类，数量，钢水氧化性，出钢时间，出罐罐况，钢水出完至到站的过程时间长短等因素有关。实际应用情况表明，实际出钢温降与分析计算值基本吻合，结论对实际操作具有指导意义。

DISCUSSION ON CONVERTER TAP TEMPERATURE DROP

This paper analyzes and summarizes the tap temperature d ro p in the multiple blow furnace of No.2 Steelmaking plant. It deems from analysis that the tap temperature drop mainly depends on the following factors:alloys v arieties and amount when tapping,liquid steel oxidability, tap time, ladle situa tion and process time from tap to refine station.Actual applied result shows tha t actual tap temperature drop coincides with analysis calculated value. Analysed conclusions have great guidance significance to actual operation.
