摘    要:本研究根据国内外有关刹车片研制的经验,确定了半金属刹车片的成分和干法生产工艺,产品经实验室测试和工业试验证明,其内摩擦性能良好,刹车安全可靠,使用寿命长,是石棉材质刹车片的三倍,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了设备的作业率.

Abstract:n accordance with the experiences in the brake shoe development both at home and abroad, the composition and dry production technology of half-metal brake shoes are determined. The laboratory testing and industrial tests have proven that the half-metal brake shoe product has the advantages of good internal friction resistance,safe and reliable braking,long service life which is three times that of asbestos brake shoes,reduced labour intensity and increased equipment availability.
