微流体芯片计算机数控热压机设计

摘    要:微流体分析芯片是通过微细加工技术将微管道、微泵、微阀、微储液器、微电极、微检测元件、窗口和连接器等功能元件像集成电路一样,使它们集成在芯片材料(基片)上的微全分析系统.微流体分析芯片的制造技术是其发展不可缺少的关键部分之一.热压成型技术是低成本、大批量生产微流体分析芯片的重要途径,文中介绍了微流体芯片计算机数控热压机的系统设计,并简述了数控热压机的工作原理.

Abstract:Miniaturized Total Analysis Systems is an important domain of analytic al chemistry in resent years. It is the focus of world's attention because of th e characteristics of minitype, integration, portability, etc. But the fabricatio n and detection of the microfluidic chips are indispensable for microfluidic ana lytical systems. Hot-embossing technology is an important way of low-cost and ma ss-production. The paper introduces the design of main body, fixture, heating an d cooling system of the hot embossing machine. Then the working principle of the hot embossing machine is briefly narrated.
