| 摘 要： | 采用衍生化试剂对PPTA粉体(或纤维)样品进行衍生化反应,将样品中难于分析检测的氨基定量转化成容易检测的衍生产物,再将衍生产物转化为有色溶液,用未反应过的PPTA硫酸溶液作空白,采用分光光度法,进行定量分析。方法重复性好。

| Abstract: | The study researched the derivative way of PPTA powder（or fiber） with derivatization reagent.First,transfer amino that are difficult to be tested in the sample into the derivatives of them in a quantitative way.Then,turn the derivative product into colored solution.Finally,choose spectrophotometric method,use unreacted PPTA sulfuricacid solution to make blank test in order to make quantitative analysis.The advantage of this method is its repeatability. |
