摘    要:将Connelly提出的SOA稳态模型和Durhuus提出的动态数值方法结合起来,分析了交叉增益调制过程中连续探测光的输入能量对转换信号的影响.模拟结果表明,当连续探测光的输入能量较小时,转换信号的消光比较大,而且半高全宽不变.

Abstract:Based on the simulation on carrier density distribution via the steady-state model established by Connelly and the dynamic numerical method presented by Durhuus,the effect of the input energy of continuous probe light on the conversion signal in cross-gain modulation of SOA is analyzed.Numerical simulation shows that the smaller the energy of continuous probe light is,the lager the extinction ratio of conversion signal is,moreover,the full width at half maximum is almost same.
