宝钢电炉VD温度预报模型及网络实现

摘    要:电炉生产线是典型的短流程钢厂,从电炉、精炼到连铸钢水的温度制度和钢水温度控制对于保证短流程生产线的顺利和连铸坯质量十分重要.经过实践与努力,宝钢分公司炼钢厂YD炉应用了专家系统与神经元控制等智能控制技术,既解决了模型所需的现场数据的采集、跟踪,又实现了精炼温度趋势的动态计算、预报,初步实现了全钢种的温度趋势预报,现场用户只需轻轻点击画面按钮,就可以了解整个VD炉冶炼过程中的温度变化趋势.

Abstract:The EAF production route is a typical mini-flow process of steelmaking. From electric arc furnaces and refining to continuous casting, the molten steel temperature system and molten steel temperature control are very important to guarantee the smooth running of the mini-flow process and quality of continuous casting billet. With long period of practice and great effort, some intelligent control technologies, such as the expert system, nerve cell network, etc. have been applied to the VD furnace in Steelmaking Plant, Baosteel Branch. These technologies have not only finished tasks of collecting and tracking the field data for the model, but also made dynamic calculation and foreeast of the refining temperature trend. It turns out to be the first step to forecast the temperature trend of the whole steel series. Just clicking a picture on the screen, customers at the field, can look into the trend of changes in temperature in the whole VD furnace process.
