动态膜制备过程的理论分析及实验验证

摘    要:基于大量实验结果,对动态膜的制备过程进行了深入分析,考虑到制膜时膜孔堵塞因素,提出了更切合实际的动态膜形成过程数学模型,并对该模型进行了实验验证.以1 250目和6 000目的高岭土为动态膜材料,分别在不同的流量、压力和涂膜液浓度下进行涂膜实验,结果表明:当系统常数k0分别取2和10时,实验值与计算值在非稳态和稳态情况下均比较接近.与计算值不同的是,实验中膜通量进入稳态后仍随时间持续下降.

Abstract:Analysis of the formation of dynamic membrane(DM) was conducted in details based on a great deal of experiments,a practical model was proposed to characterize the formation process of dynamic membrane.In order to validate the model,the following experiments were done: The effects of cross velocity and transmembrane pressure on the formation process of DM were examined with kaolins of 1 250 mesh and 6 000 mesh as DM materials respectively.The experiment results showed that the experimental values approached the theoretical values in steady state and unsteady state when the system constant of k0 was 2 and 10 respectively.But the difference between the model,and the filtrate flux was existing with time in steady state.
