摘    要:7.63m焦炉煤气中的萘含量偏高,严重影响后序设备的正常运行。为有效地降低7.63m焦炉煤气中的萘含量,保证后序设备终冷塔、洗苯塔的设备阻力正常(≤1200Pa),采取了延长循环氨水系统的静置时间、下调横管初冷器煤气温度、增加循环喷洒液中的焦油补充量等措施。经过改进,有效地减小了7.63m焦炉煤气中的含萘量,保证了煤气净化系统的正常运行。

Abstract:High content of naphthaline in coke oven gas in 7.63 m coke oven will have extremely bad impact on downstream operation. In order to decrease the naphthaline content in COG, so as to maintain the normal resistant force ( ≤1 200 Pa) in downstream final cooling tower and rinsing tower, we take a series of measure, i.e. extending the holding time of circular ammonia water, decreasing the gas temperature in primary cooler, and refilling more tar in circular sprayer. These methods can effectively decreases the naphthaline content in COG and guarantees the normal operation of gas cleaning system.
