| 摘 要： | 对BOT模式应用在汽车涂装线中的实践,以及项目实施完成后,如何进行涂装线生产管理和产品质量的控制进行了分析和总结。此次尝试,对汽车涂装线的项目融资,由单一的自筹加贷款,扩展到由材料供应商投资、建设、拥有、经营的BOT模式,在投资主体、项目建设、经营管理、风险控制方面都是一个有益的实践。
