| 摘 要： | 中小企业只有通过转型升级才能摆脱国际金融危机造成的困境,而技术创新是中小企业转型升级的根本途径。高校是区域创新体系的重要组成部分,是促进中小企业转型升级的重要力量。但高校在推动企业技术转型升级方面还存在不少障碍,应进一步制定相关政策,大力支持高校创新资源向企业扩散,建立校企合作研发的多元化投融资机制,有效发挥高校科技创新对浙江企业转型升级的作用。
