L360无缝感应加热弯管拉伸试验中屈服强度偏低的原因分析

摘    要:在对L360无缝感应加热弯管管体进行力学性能试验中发现,其中一批弯管的过渡区外弧侧管体屈服强度低于标准要求。针对此问题,本文通过弯管过渡区外弧侧管体的化学成分分析、力学性能试验、金相分析对可能引起屈服强度降低的各种因素进行综合分析得知,该弯管过渡区的化学成分、力学性能、金相分析均符合标准要求,屈服强度偏低可能为试验制备及试验误差所致。

Abstract:The yield strength of a number of bend-arc sides of the transition zone outside the pipe body were less than the standards in L360 Seamless Induction Heating Bent Pipe mechanical performance test. For solving this problem, the paper analyzed systematically various factors that may lead to lower yield strength of the bending transition zone outside the arc tube side through the chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, metallographic analysis. The data indicated that the bending transition zone of the chemical composition, mechanical properties and metallographic analysis are in line with standard requirements, so the low yield may be due to pilot inaccuracy for the trial preparation and error.
